Galveston Beach Adventure!

We decided to go to Galveston for 5 days, 4 nights to get away and just relax! Be prepared...I took A LOT of photos since most of it was "firsts" for my girls.

The Girls "Promised" To Be Good On The 5 Hour Trip!

A Successful Road Trip!
Not one meltdown and only 1 stop for lunch!

Our Sweet Girls At The Beach House

We didn't hesitate getting the girls changed and checking out the beach...
1st Beach!

In the evening we played games in the grass

Evening walk on the beach

The next morning we took the girls the Aquarium at Moody Gardens

Cody lifted Reese up to show her the fake shark and she SCREAMED at the top of her lungs (with people around)...I can't stop laughing!

We did the penguin encounter and Creale painted art with his feet!

Scarlett won the artwork Creale painted!

We ate lunch at the Rainforest Cafe then headed back to the beach...

Beach Baby!

They didn't waste any time!

Hard At Play

What's this stuff?!

1st Sandcastle in the Making

The next morning we woke up and gave the girls water balloons before heading to the beach...
Scarlett's 1st Water Balloon!

POP!

Where did it go?!

Hmmm...

That was funny!

Sweet Girl!

Emma's 1st Water Balloon!

Incoming...

POP!

"Daddy!"

We headed to the beach and the girls flew their 1st kite!

While we were at the beach I realized Scarlett had cut tooth #8!

We took the girls to eat lunch at The Spot (where Cody & I used to eat when we lived in Galveston)

Then we took the girls to the Rain Forest at Moody Gardens

Hey Reese, there is a snake behind you!

In the evening the girls were eager to make S'mores

1st S'mores

Napping on the beach with a sandy bum and snuggling with her sun hat

Last morning walk on the beach!!

Goodbye Galveston Beach...We had a blast!
